Challenges in the app “one2play”

1. Definition of the challenge:

A challenge in the “one2play” app is a specific task or challenge created by a player (owner) to motivate other players (fulfillers) to participate. These tasks are intended to generate social or environmentally friendly added value. The owner defines the conditions, goals and rewards of the challenge. It is the owner's responsibility to formulate clear, feasible and legally compliant tasks. The owner must ensure that the challenge does not involve any illegal or dangerous activities. In addition, the owner is responsible for providing the promised rewards after the challenge has been successfully completed. In the event of any ambiguities or problems, the owner is obliged to respond promptly and offer solutions. The “one2play” app provides a platform for this, but assumes no liability for the content of the challenges. It is recommended that owners ensure that their challenges comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.

2. Responsibility of the creator (owner):

The owner bears full responsibility for the content and requirements of the challenge created. He must ensure that the task is legally sound and does not pose a danger to the participants. The owner is obliged to create transparent and clear rules for the challenge. In addition, the owner must inform the participants of all relevant risks and safety precautions. If damage occurs as a result of the implementation of the challenge, the owner can be held liable. The owner must have appropriate liability insurance to cover possible claims. It is the owner's duty to ensure that all participants have understood the requirements and rules of the challenge. The owner must obtain all necessary approvals and permits before the challenge begins. If the challenge requires special equipment or materials, the owner is responsible for providing them in a safe and functional manner. The owner should regularly inform the participants about the progress and any changes to the challenge.

3. Responsibility of the executing player (fulfiller):

The fulfiller of a challenge is responsible for completing the tasks to the best of his knowledge and belief. He must inform himself about all requirements and risks before starting the challenge. The fulfiller is obliged to complete the tasks in compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards. If the fulfiller encounters any problems or uncertainties during the challenge, he must inform the owner immediately. The fulfiller must ensure that he has the necessary skills and resources to successfully complete the challenge. The fulfiller can be held liable for damage caused by negligence or improper execution. It is recommended that the fulfiller take out private liability insurance. The fulfiller should strictly follow all instructions and safety precautions given by the owner. The fulfiller must report honestly and transparently about his progress and challenges. Finally, the fulfiller should ensure that he does not endanger or harm other people or property.

4. Liability Agreement between Owner and Fulfiller:

There is an explicit liability agreement between the Owner and Fulfiller. Both parties acknowledge that they are responsible for their respective acts and omissions. The Owner is liable for damages resulting from improper design or execution of the Challenge. The Fulfiller is liable for damages resulting from improper execution or disregard of the rules. This agreement serves to set clear limits of liability and minimize potential disputes. In the event of damage, both parties are obliged to work cooperatively together to find a quick and fair solution. Both parties should take out liability insurance to cover potential risks. The liability agreement should be recorded in writing and accepted by both parties. It is advisable to conduct regular reviews of the agreement to ensure that it corresponds to current circumstances. The app “ one2play” assumes no liability for violations or damages resulting from the execution of the Challenge. Any liability claims must be resolved directly between the Owner and Fulfiller.

5. Legal use and security precautions:

Both the owner and the fulfiller must ensure that the challenge is carried out in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The owner is obliged to take all necessary security precautions and to inform the participants about them. The fulfiller must comply with all security measures and must not take any risks that are not covered by the owner. Both parties must ensure that no third parties are involved in the challenge without their consent. The “one2play” app ensures that all data and information is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The owner and the fulfiller must protect confidential information and must not share it without consent. In the event of a security incident, both parties must take immediate action to minimize the damage. It is recommended that both parties carry out regular security checks. Any breach of security precautions can result in legal consequences. Compliance with all legal and security-related requirements is of utmost importance for the successful and responsible use of the app.
