2. Responsibility of the creator (owner):
The owner bears full responsibility for the content and requirements of the challenge created. He must ensure that the task is legally sound and does not pose a danger to the participants. The owner is obliged to create transparent and clear rules for the challenge. In addition, the owner must inform the participants of all relevant risks and safety precautions. If damage occurs as a result of the implementation of the challenge, the owner can be held liable. The owner must have appropriate liability insurance to cover possible claims. 3. Responsibility of the executing player (fulfiller):
